<span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">The third day of the Virasat Arts’ and Heritage Festival 2023 commenced with the eagerly awaited REACH Vintage and Classic Car and Bike Rally. The event kicked off from the Ambedkar Stadium, with the honour of flagging it off bestowed upon Chief Guest Shri Jai Raj,<br />
Former Principal Chief Conservator of Forests. This spectacular rally witnessed the participation of more than 40 vintage and classical cars and bikes. The rally began from Dr. Ambedkar Stadium, proceeded along Rajpur Road, and concluded its exhilarating journey back at Ambedkar Stadium, passing through Dilaram Bazaar via Dehradun Cantt. The rally was a vibrant fusion of enthusiastic vehicle owners, skilled drivers, and captivated onlookers who thronged in large numbers to admire these classic automobiles, motorcycles, and jeeps.<br />
Notable vehicles in the rally included a 1926 Chevrolet and a Matchless Motorcycle from 1942, owned by Dr. S. Farooq. The winners of this enthralling rally were Dr S. Farooq for the car category and Balbir Sembhi for the bike category. Additionally, several awards were presented, with Shreyas Verma and Hrithik Sharma winning the Volunteers' Choice, Kunal Arora and Sagir Ahmed taking home the REACH's Choice, and Noor Mohammed and Anupam Suden securing the Audience's Choice awards. </span></span></h1>
